Bandwidth Pricing
BANDWIDTH AND OVERAGES PRICING
With respect to any Services that will be provided in whole or in part from datacenters or other Rackspace facilities located in any non-United States jurisdiction, the following pricing shall apply to any bandwidth or overages on your account.
Note: For Cloud services, bandwidth and overages pricing will be determined by the price listed at http://www.rackspace.com/cloud/cloud_pricing/
AUSTRALIA
For Services provided in whole or in part from datacenters or other Rackspace facilities located in Australia, Customer agrees that:
- it shall not receive any bandwidth allowance; and
- it shall be invoiced for the following charges per GB of bandwidth:

| HKD per GB: | 6.05 |
| EUR per GB: | 0.6 |
| USD per GB: | 0.20 |
| GBP per GB: | 0.49 |
| (the “Pricing Model”) |
The pricing band applicable to Customer is determined by the billing currency referenced in the Services Description of the Agreement. For example, if Customer is paying for Services in Australian Dollars, the pricing band applicable to such Customer is the band labelled ‘AUD per GB’.
For the avoidance of doubt, the fees that Customer incurs under the Pricing Model are non-recurring fees and therefore billed monthly in arrears.
UNITED KINGDOM
For Services provided in whole or in part from datacenters or other Rackspace facilities located in the United Kingdom, Customer agrees that the recurring monthly fee includes Customer’s bandwidth usage for the account for up to 1000 gigabytes of aggregate data transfer in any calendar month. Customer agrees that if Customer’s bandwidth usage exceeds the current bandwidth allocation stated in the Hosting Services Agreement, Customer will automatically be invoiced for the following charges per GB of incremental bandwidth:

HONG KONG
For Services provided in whole or in part from datacenters or other Rackspace facilities located in Hong Kong, Customer agrees that the recurring monthly fee includes Customer’s bandwidth usage for the account for up to 1000 gigabytes of aggregate data transfer in any calendar month. Customer agrees that if Customer’s bandwidth usage exceeds the current bandwidth allocation stated in the Hosting Services Agreement, Customer will automatically be invoiced for the following charges per GB of incremental bandwidth:
